Lisa Rodríguez completed a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University in 2011, and worked at a large no-kill animal shelter in south Texas prior to attending vet school. She spent her time there working in the cattery and educating the public on responsible pet care. Lisa attended Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, CA and received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2016. She is also completing a Masters of Public Health from the University of Minnesota. During her free time, Lisa enjoys hiking around Ithaca during the nice weather days, and binge-watching her new favorite TV shows on the others.

"Dr. Allison Clarke is the Janet L Swanson intern at Maddie's Shelter Medicine Program at Cornell University. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin School of Veterinary Medicine in 2016, where she focused on shelter medicine and worked closely with the medical staff at the Dane County Humane Society. Her particular interests are feline wellness and population control. Outside of work, she enjoys rooting for Duke basketball, hiking, baking, and spending time with her cats, Punky Brewster and Spot."
